Yesterday A40 dropped nearly 5% on 2Million shares traded. This also happened similarly yesterday and many days before. At a rough guesstimate, there's about 1.3Billion shares on issue so yeah, a group are playing this down.

Any casual glance at the sizes of the trades going through will tell you it's professional brokers selling and buying back and forth to create a slowly descending "narrative" and very limited numbers of trades might have been retailers being suckered in to capitulate or tempted in to buy with some pocket change as a punt.
