So let me get this straight. Four years ago they changed from a moderately successful (being generous here) local long only strategy to a market neutral one. Shareholders were given no say. Don't recall hearing much from our independent (ie. non-Braitling) directors on this. Some international shares were added, again not giving shareholders a say. This didn't work either. Still nothing from our id's. Then just recently they've awoken from their slumber enough to approve some obviously necessary changes. Just a coincidence of course about the first strike vote.
We've got a fund manager who can't manage and directors who aren't keen on directing. You'd have to a real optimist to expect things to get better anytime soon.
