JLO2012 is correct. Regal manages clients money, as such they hold the shares in different nominees depending on either the ultimate client (investor) or Regals various accounts. Regal has sold stock, but not as a short.
Anyway, great company so short term may mean something but long term has no influence on LVT being a great company.
