In honesty? I don't actually believe there is much or anything we can do.

The BOD have very good idea of shareholder sentiment, they keep referring to it.

As a whole we lack the voting power to change the BOD

A high quality candidate would be needed to sway the large shareholders to vote for a change. With the state both companies are in, only a snake oil salesperson would volunteer.

Say what you will about the BOD, but they have been doing this for years without getting caught, the ASX could not make anything stick. I am of the opinion that with all the recent attention, i.e. their names in the media they will do something resembling their jobs to protect their reputation.

Time will tell though.
