I don't like ramping too much but can't help myself when I see this. I try usually to stick to fundamentals and maintain a positive view until proven otherwise. I'm not sure if investors are aware of the larger investors involved in CZL but they are astute and know an opportunity when they see one. Retzos Group (Chris Retzos) under various entities are in for about 8% of the company. This is a guy who basically turned $800K into $47 million in three years. Copulos is a very successful businessman in his own right and if he's tipping in at 1.9 cents then I'm more than happy to extend myself. Directors don't buy parcels of this size unless they are extremely confident. Copulos was like a kid in the candy shop at the AGM and you could tell he was extremely positive about the future of CZL. I'm not saying to base your investment decisions on this but it does give me extreme confidence moving forward.
