    SP3 may require a capital injection next quarter


    PAC were mandated 3 months ago to promote the story and from what I heard, roadshow the company - I’ve seen nothing so far


    If they don’t plan to do it for 6 months, then they shouldn’t be getting paid whilst they sit silent 


    The point was to get the stock trending back above IPO price prior to any potential need for a CR, not set it up on a platter for them under IPO price, then let them kick it into gear
