A quick update @ammie .

I had to do a few modifications to the codes that worked OK in November / December last year, apparently due to the ongoing changes in new HotCopper web interface. Codes are working fine now, and I hope to re-retrieve one year's tips through new codes before I code for rankings and then a bit of calibration against Free's stats before starting to report. Also trying to minimise future work load by spending a bit more time in planning and setting up the things correctly up front.

We do not need to change the format of the tip submissions - rather I am trying to put additional measures to pick tips even with slight errors / variations in the format (i.e. tip headers with bolds, italics, additional commas, spaces, line breaks etc.), which eventually will reduce your workload in 'policing' the tips Ammie . I also thought just following pre-existing  setup and rules will enable Free to take over swiftly if he wishes to do so in the future.

Tippers can submit tips from now on if they like - but I wish to establish some confidence amongst the tippers and the tip followers with some reasonably accurate reporting soon - hopefully early next week.
