It can be a bit of a HC thing. Instead of seeing a contrary opinion or idea as an opportunity for discussion, people get a tad agitated. Sometimes you throw an idea out there and get some excellent arguments back. Other times, well, never mind . . .
Anyway, let's hope they can show off some deals to back up the flash new consolidated SP, otherwise I don't think it will be flash for long. See NEU for an example - holders didn't much like the deal struck after consolidation and the price pretty much halved.
