I could not with PC internet last 2days because Telstra' s problems.
Have to wait until they fix on the site , another 5 days.
Spend a lot of time on phone . Nothing works.

Lucky today I talked with one gentlemen . He with good heart and with his whole hearted , pretty good skill show me step by step to connect my mobile phone to my PC to get my Commsec One back to work.

Whoever got the same problem should ring Telstra + looking for him.
