From the 12 Dec announcement: "...The Board anticipates that the drilling campaign will commence before the festive season gets underway and will update shareholders as the drilling campaign unfolds..."

Notice it didn't say 2018 Festive season...or what the definition of festive season is...

Maybe it is ...commence before 2019 festive season...or ...commence before the uzbeki festive season of Navruz (...one of the most treasured holidays in Uzbekistan. Sometimes known as Persian New Year, celebrated on the spring equinox, which is usually March 21...???

Sorry, just trying to cheer myself up.

On a serious note, I think the key inference is that the BOD are still drawing a wage/remuneration, hence we are low on funds...

I may try to contact them with 2 questions:

1. Is the BOD still drawing their remuneration; and 2. What cost cutting measures are being put in place to ensure scarce funds are not wasted on non essential expenditure...
