More reading and research and Lo and Behold! Latest Annual Report mentions a Promissory Note from Pramana Capital for $500K, also relevant to this is that James Podaridis is a director of this $2 company and was a director of ICBC Capital.
ICBC Capital supposedly had $150M of bonds that never appeared now new name same person $500K promissory note. Searching of the AFS License holders register neither this person nor the company are registered.
