How would CMSB list a 25% stake in OM Sarawak on the Bursa, I'd doubt whether the partnership agreement with OMH would allow them to list their 25% of the smelters complex separately.
The person you know is most likely a low level employee who has it confused with the public listing of Malaysian Phosphate Additives (MPA) in Sarawak.
