Now it seems that market responses to this ANN in a slow manner. The people who is willing to sell just seem lifted up their sale price. All the pumping volumes are stuck at 3.1c now whereas before the ANN they were at 2.9c.
I just do not understand that at this point, what is the logic to sell this stock at 3.1c?
