German listings can be generated even without the company's input/knowledge.
As long as a market maker sees an opportunity, they can "go for it".
However, without propmotion, the Germans won't jump on the bandwagon.
With Simon Lill and Steve Morris both being ex-brokers and familiar with the workings of the market, I doubt they need my input.
