These letters you suggest as fact (if they exist), would be information that may have sensitivities that relate to business matters, if it were not then Axiom would have published or disclosed them, but they have not and therefore justifies my original statement."all the rest is hearsay and innuendo." In any case you were asked to provide relevance and you did not. It says a lot about the people manipulating these documents (if they exist) and If the purpose of these unsubstantiated documents were to be raised again I suspect those trying to railroad progress in the Solomons may be answerable to the company and shareholders.
IMO, you cannot simplify the extent of this project from a leaked or falsified document. If you read the company release http://www.axiom-mining.com/irm/PDF/3167_0/IsabelNickelProjectlicencingupdate then it is clear without giving away sensitive business information.
