Its easy to underestimate Coaches, who wouldve thought at the end of 2017 the Wet Toast would recover after losing Sam Mitchell and Priddis I think, to rebuild a Midfield under Sams Guidence as Mids Coach to become a Finals Contender let alone win the GF.
Sam Mitchell at the Hawks as Mids coach will make a few Players step up a few notches into bonafide Mids, Im counting chickens before they hatch but Hawks have quite a few players that simply arnt a Sam or Tom Mitchell Bootlace right now. Yet.
But Hopefully with Sam as Mids Coach he will be able to boost their Game up to AFL Standard with a Midfield that can be a contender without Tom on the park for 2019.
Sam Mitchel was well and truly past his "use by date", the day he rolled up at the Eagles.
