As to my qualifications and experience, sure:-

I have a degree in accounting and finance, spent 3 years working in Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring. Operated a small cap fund and headed up the corporate department of a boutique broker for 3 years. Ran my own corporate advisory firm for 3 years, and have gone out and traded my own FUM the last few.

I've participated in over in over 50 placements, been trading the markets for 13+ years 

I currently hold majority positions in 2 unlisted plays that I have put together and seeded, 1 in the resource space and 1 in the cannabis sector that I am seeking to IPO/RTO later this year or early 2020.

I dont see Darren as having much hands on market experience, which is exactly what this stock needs
