Here is an article from this year on Emerald Resources gloating about them having RRL's ex-COO Morgan Hart as MD.

Mr Kestall and Mr Pynes held a swag of shares in Emerald as non-executive directors but resigned in 2014 so obviously would have probably known Mr Hart.

That is the first tenuous link I could find between these these gentlemen and Regis. Not very convincing but a start. I'll keep digging. Esh
