Here's what we do know:
- PO3's "Bluemist Version 1" was tested in April 2018 under US FDA conditions by an independent laboratory
- Killed 99.99% of viruses and bacteria, including in tests against Bacillus subtilis (precursor to weaponised anthrax) & Erwinia herbicola (black plague)
- Version 2 has been worked on for the rest of 2018, probably the version deployed in India
- Results coming soon
