Considering the bid price....and the equity raising in 2018...I am astounded that the SP is so feeble.
Then again....with 1.7 BILLION REVENUE AND ONLY ~$9 MILLION net profit.. that is pretty feeble too. that is only 1/2 % margin net profit.
