the 4.4 mill includes .9 mill for the sale of 2 centres. Which shouldn't fluctuate.
Guidance of 3.5 mil NPAT for continuing operation , where last CY the result was 3.4 mil.
3 centres were acquired in CY 18.
The 3 centres bought in CY 17 which would be have their full impact in CY 18.
2 under performing centres disposed of.
Fee increase, albeit lower than originally expected
Deterioration in occupancy across the board
I think they will make the 3.5 mil. However I don't think we have been given enough information to determine how well all the other centres are performing comparatively to last year.
I don't think you should factor in the sale of 2 centres to your PE calculation.
