You think any one with any kind of positive view where also not cogniscent that what has occurred could have happened ?
For what it's worth I was.....hoping for the best but expecting the worst.
From my point of view like everyone I assume, would have if possible, liked to have got my money back.....personally I didn't see a point with constantly posting negatively, on the off chance it might not have gotten to this.
Now we are in this situation I don't think it helps to over emotionally invest in it now, what will anger achieve,If the directors have committed some kind of fraudulent act then I would think that the law should be involved. If there has been fraud, and on the off chance a class action is bought against them I'll consider joining it......what other avenues are there ?
I'm unsure what happens from this point now putting aside the possibility of fraud and what ensues if that's the case, I assume a tax loss is about the sum of it in the medium term, and WE ALL DESERVE a capital gain from another holding to offset it against in the future.
All suffering VIC holders find ourselves in this situation, but if someone has an alternative view do you feel the need to cut them down ?
I am not sure there is much if anything we can do now, if it helps you to personally make your peace you are right, you called it !
Personally if VIC had of drilled the hell out of the tenements and the assays came back as dusters I could have lived with that easier.
Right now it's a lesson for me to REALLY conduct proper due diligence on the BOD of ANY company I want to put a single cent into. I didn't do that with VIC I invested on supposed promising tenements, I'm paying the price.
I do agree with you that management have a responsibility to shareholders, this crew haven't done that agreed. No one would have been dirty with them if the tenements had been properly explored and turned up nothing.
In your view if we get delisted (looks likely) what happens to be tenements ?
What happens to the BOD are they restricted from future postings on other company's ?
Does either HDY or VIC hold tenements that other entity's might wish to explore ?
Another question could you transfer VIC or HDY shares to a dependant to cause the capital loss event ?
Would the event be calculated at .5c the price at suspension or written off to zero ?
Let's keep the dialogue as useful as it can be, in most situations some people will be wrong and some right, we all have turns on each side of that fence in life
