Could you expand on your comment here as that is also my view based on reading the October Ann, and noting the other proposed acquisition didn’t go through.  One of the main issues I found was not getting a geological report on the acquisition in question (similar to HDY) which is a concern in itself, but in terms of the ‘hiding games’ you saw with HDY by everblu (where the HDY acquisition structure was hidden so you didn’t know who got the shares initially) they are not as apparent here.  Albeit, in the VIC Oct response there was a lot of documents we as SH haven’t been able to cite, so it could be just as bad as HDY btw.  I am still expecting delisting btw, but clearly trying to gauge the extent of badness here compared to HDY.  These Directors are disgraceful and scum and I will never invest in a company they are associated with in any event, and I also don’t expect ASIC the toothless tiger to do anything either (for HDY or VIC SH).  All IMO

It looks to me that because the VIC acquisition happened before HDY, the everblu mob and mates progressively upped their greed as time went by hence the HDY outcome (albeit I still expect a similar outcome for VIC).  These companies will be a good case study for psychology students in future around how greed fosters greed exponentially and how an inept ASX provides for the exponential growth in corporate greed through inaction.  Then when the ASX acts, the greedy have left the building un-prosecuted to enjoy their spoils and the retailers get shafted up the dateroll.
