If you had a tonne of 99.99 copper to sell, yep.
If you had 22% con it's probably worth 70-75% of its in-situ value after transport and smelting charges but you need a float plant for that and there isn't the money IMBO.
You have a stockpile from which a 1.2% Cu sample was taken. In-situ it's worth about $100 per tonne but where are you going to turn it into a concentrate for sale? Cobar? North Parkes? Woodlawn? By the time it's transported to another site, if they want it and if they have capacity for it and if their mill is suited to it, there won't be much left for CCZ IMHO.
