Amigos, while I'm on the keyboard, I'd like to ask: What is the advantage of voting NO to all motions? Do you want the placement to sophistiates to be voted against? They have bought shares at 2c already. If you vote NO, there money is returned. Then, where will CCZ get funds for future exploration? The same goes for the Directors who have already said they'll stump up cash at 2c per share? Also, if some shareholders want to buy more shares at 2c, then why stop them? Who knows, by the clsoing date in early February, the share price may have rebounded - I don't have a crystal ball, do you? If you want to punish the directors and technical manager, and don't we all, then the annual general meeting is the time and place. Then we can vote against their renumeration packages. Also, before voting it may be better to wait until next Monday for an update from CCZ and see that happens when trading reopens. Then we will be better informed. In the end, if CCZ doesn't get the money from the share placement in order to continue exploration, you can rip up your shares now, because they will worth nothing.
