A question for those who have ever done an off-market transfer - if you do two transfers between mates (i.e. i'll give you 1m shares for $1m, you give me $1m for $1, could we not both write them off whilst still holding 'worthless' ($1) shares?
Is there a processing cost for doing an off-market transfer?
