I could quite literally give 100 reasons as to why, people would still assume it’s personal, advise me to give it a rest.

This is the extract from Darren’s appointment:-



1. I don’t believe he has refocused the company, nor do I believe the current strategy is the best. How can the company have “focus” when the Chairman takes a months holiday in the busiest month of the year, after only being there 2 months ?

2. Note it says “lead and oversee east coast expansion”. I think you’ll find Peter Holton is servicing their current client book, whilst Darren appears to be in charge of pursuing new business leads. If that is the case, then I argue I am far more experienced and connected and would generate much more new business.

3. His role was never to be permanent. It was to source an East Coast based Director. I live in QLD

I’ve explained his now probably 15 times, and yet people continue to dismiss it as a personal grudge or something else

Darren holds just 200k shares, took a month holiday after only 2 months and is on just $35k for his 6 months.

You have a shareholder with 1M shares, proposing to do it on a full time basis for free, because he believes he is better connected and can do a better job, and look at the vitriol

It’s funny, the stock literally got sold from 44c to 15c all year, and punters are still saying give them the benefit of the doubt, give them time to see what’s up their sleeve, as though the current management team are going to suddenly change and do anything differently

Here’s a hint ... every time I have commented on the lacklustre SP to Peter, he has replied it isn’t his job it micromanage to SP. Let that sink in a little and reflect on the yearly chart.
