Hi dixie... your thoughts on.....

Trevor Kelly Res 4 quote - “My role on the board will not be disruptive or focused on negatives but will be singularly focused on getting PDF relisted”

I, as a non holder, but with a possible investment interest if the potential new guys can make it happen am concerned with the above quote. So what does it mean? If he and the old board gets elected, he will leave the others alone so they can do what ever they want and after it’s relisted (if) then what?

Or if he is elected with the new guys (or a mixture??) he will not make waves for them? Focus only on Re listing and go along for the ride? And if it’s relisted, then what?


Maybe TK could clarify if he so desires or is allowed to(?) (I am not sure about HC’s rules on this)
