Don't think silence = poor result. Based on what I saw of those moderated emails that @vontrader posted on here (something I think is completely inappropriate by the way) Cooper appears to be taking particular care around the on market purchase he made.

I think it's possible that was the reason they didn't do the usual update after 2 months of the quarter. Cooper is trying to ensure everything is done by the book with his purchase of shares. May be wrong about this.

I think at a minimum management should be given the benefit of any doubt around their ability to run this company. The upcoming announcment re results from the December quarter surely needs to be taken into account before anyone should think about casting judgement.

Sorry @vontrader but your style and approach to communicating with management and your apparent desire to dictate to them how they should direct the company has backfired.

I know you talk a big game about your 800k or 1mil shares that you control but you amount to 1-2% of shares on issue. Large for a retail investor but get over yourself. Your voice is small and retail like everyone else here. You aren't a sub holder. Holton the CEO holds substantially more shares than you and he seems quite happy with Cooper as the chairman.
