Hey Cash, do you get a feeling MOD will be looking at a placement before the DFS is released?
My expectation is DFS will be delayed and realistically we'll probably see a finished release around May or even early June, so the major financing questions won't be addressed probably after exploration budget is depleted at that rate.
As much as I cringe at more dilution after 2018 and the net results it yielded regarding discoveries,,, there is no point running 2019 drilling program on an oily rag.
DFS is fully funded, LSE listing done,,, abundance of targets all with permitting go aheads,,, so we can now get the exploration that we expected last year, and they may as well not compromise it to avoid at all costs another cap raise.
Granted they still have several million, I am sure some of the delays to 'interperate results' are a result of trying to run a very lean drill program and not wasting a single hole. Which is fantastic, but I see more value leading up to DFS in a finding big new discovery or converting finds to resources (e.g. A4) or unlocking viable access to an expansive NPF mineralization, and this will take $$$.
Copper price is getting smashed at the moment, so being almost literally stuck at the bottom of worst case macro scenario,,,, this is where retail investors lose their cool and big money looks for bargains,,, perhaps pain can be short lived.
All wishful thinking and speculation, but just glancing at our 2018 yearly chart, surely 2019 can't look the same??
