If you seek Davids opinion on the matter perhaps a phone call from yourself to Triton offices? I would love to hear what you bring back to the forum.
All I know is despite a depressed share price we have..
* Continual support to underwrite by Pinnacle at every opportunity
* Participation by Shangdong in recent capital raise to maximum plus increasing their stake in the company
* Strong expressions of interest to participate in financing by both 'Shangdong' & 'Suzhou'.
Forget the share price.
We are more likely to move to production, be bought out by the Chinese & or both than any other scenario imo.
Either way Gordon it is very likely most shareholders will be in profit under the first two scenarios.
The distribution of shares is wide across Triton, Shangdong would need to do some serious work to get enough support for a takeover. If Suzhou have this intention they too will need an artful finance package along with Shangdongs & others support to pull off such a feat.
Keep in mind many shareholders are significantly in the red & have persevered for countless years in the belief that the fundamentals are strong. They are not going to give their shares away for a song despite the share price been where it is.
The shareholders are not silly either! If financing is approved & someone is trying to keep the share price down in an attempt to manipulate a cheap takeover it will be very obvious.
