3 point plan to increase the share price

1.  Director's, start buying shares on market, (rather than during capital raises).  Show the share holders you are confident in the company especially at these prices  -  BUY more...  Look to Ellex lasers, (ELX) for an example of director's  purchasing shares on market or even RAP when they had negative news 12 months ago....  

2. Negotiate or renegotiate with Sonic Health Care, Australia's largest pathology provider with a network of 12 pathology companies Australia wide.  (Clinpath, Southern IML pathology, Melbourne pathology and the like.)  Sonic also have a network of international laboratories in Germany, the USA, Switzerland, Belgium, the U.K, New Zealand.  They also do commercial testing of water and other agents which our APAS apparently can be adapted to test.    https://www.sonichealthcare.com/services/laboratory-medicine-pathology/australia/  (Well worth a look)  It would seem that Sonic are capable  of some very "heavy lifting"...

3. Make those initial sales, apply for the CE mark, announce the distributor, deliver results.

If this occurs then I predict a share price above 8.7 cents...
