Although it is good, please do not mix this list (recognised by Cusyoms) with SAMR that is to grant by a separate authority - SAMR. What BAL and WHA as well as JAT are awaiting is SAMR. At present, without SAMR, the formula products can still be imported to China as long as it is produced by any company from this Customs list. However it can not be sold at Brick n Morta without SAMR.
