No. first $4m was invested up front. It's in the Sept Q cash flow.
Since then, Bergen invested further $2.9m on 23/11 (3B release). So far around 140m shares total. Remaining placement capacity 281m.
3B suggests entire placement capacity (421m) issued as con notes to Bergen.
Simple maths = $12m / 421m = 2.8c
