My reading is tailing and stockpile will be a new JV with Cronimet 50/50. Additionally Cronimet will have a stake in SEI. Probably up to 20% otherwise takeover issues come into play but will get seat on board. If they want a seat then this is a long term play for them and a very big positive for existing shareholders. But we need to wait for test results.
