Hi Iona
I spoke at length with Joe Salomon. He explained the various criteria they use to assess potential projects and deals they have reviewed. He has considerable experience and a good understandong of the pros and cons of different ways energy juniors can go about acquiring projects. I came away reassured with the quality of the existing assets and the capacity of Joe to make wise decisions in any new acquisitions.
All a bit "fluffy" I know, but nothing more concrete at this stage. EBR is at a cyclical low, can probably only go up from here. Its simply a matter of when and by how much. EBR is well placed cash-wise, cheap and in good hands.
Hope this answers your question.
Good luck...
