Your 31.8c claim was ridiculous, not you.
In regards if WAF should have raised less and taken the risk of coming back later for more I am in OK with what they did. We don't know where the credit markets are going and any raise in the future could be very expensive or the doors could be closed completely to a company like WAF. I am happy to lose a little of the upside to avoid some of the downside risk.
One thing we should keep in mind is we don't yet know how much money WAF actually need given we have not yet got the updated DFS. What might seem too much might be just right.
I don't think you will have to wait long to get your money back.
