Amigos, there's not much point blaming greenies, environmentalists or neighbours. The regulator suspended us because of breaches, and Compliance is within the control of Dept of Mining. All explorers and miners have protocols that they agree to follow. The letter from the regulator said that breaches were sufficient for the licence to be cancelled, so we are on a good behaviour bond. Regainng the two ELs should be managable, it's just tht the news couldn't have come at a worse time. Once the remediation has been approved, the suspension shouldn't affect the application by CCZ to mine the stockpile.
