Ann: ASX Approval to De-List, page-10

OK, it now looks like all of our pressure needs to be with ASIC, to get them to enforce a 'Special Resolution' for the FMS de-listing vote. How this rule is acceptable to the ASX is beyond me! It is a terrible decision and the ASX rules need to be changed/updated asap to cover off this backdoor way to de-list (take over) a company with only 50.1% of the voting power...
