I’m a bit puzzled by nro’s initial post. He quotes a number of statements about what an EIA should do / be which appear to be boiler plate guidance statements. None of this appears to anything stating specifically that there are material deficiencies with what has been submitted.
The time that has elapsed since the last announcement gives reason for concern / suspicion but where are the direct criticisms from Greenlandic officials of what has been submitted that nro refers to? (Apologies if I’ve missed them)
Also note the statements made today by the company today in response to the [reverse?] speeding ticket
(whatever that is actually called), that’s a pretty bold statement if a re-draft is going to take many months.
The market environment is awful and this whole process is taking forever (but it was always going to) but I see no need to bail right now
