With house prices in steady declines in Sydney and Melbourne and their surroundings the government needs to do everything possible to keep the credit flowing while the banks are tightening policy - in the next 12 months Australia is looking at a potential GFC scenario if credit is restricted too heavily.

couldn't agree more - been saying it for months. went defensive over 3 mths ago!

gold will BOOM. it has to. Trillions shed off markets. this is playing out exactly like the gfc. remember it like yesterday....
