    WPL has hit the target on the nose at $29.63 on the daily.

     There is a weekly target at 28.29 but its hard to see it there at this stage although the number is certainly active so maybe a bounce first.

     All will no doubt be revealed as time moves along.

     The daily technicals are compelling here as they positively diverge.
