Hi Guido, the 42c was because we were about to be listed on nasdaq and many were touting the $1 party and lots of "nudie" runs, but the day it listed it began to fall and remember at that time there was 1billion shares on issue compared to the 4billion we have now
which would equal a SP of 10.5c in today's terms.
