I won't be the least bit surprised if, rather than take a pay cut, he chooses to move on as CEO of Axiom to find greener pastures. He has never been one to take a financial hit for the team, neither with wages nor buying shares when the pinch is on.
I'll wager he departs before March if SJ proves a dead end, which it seems. No Jorc, patchy variable seams, no economics, no FS, no off take, and just vague mentions of "soon" to mining and shipping.
