You and me both! At the moment somebody is sitting at 4.5c continuously placing 10K orders although I see it just hit 5c.
Given a 4 cent rise from 12.5c over the week for OIP it appears OIPO is unloved virtually unchanged from last Fridays close of 4.3c.
potential upside very large but there risk, page-5
