I was speaking of the cost to the refinery. Obviously it is still a market and they will pay as little as they can get away with. If one was to factor in the cost of the environmental; damage done by the excessive use of caustic soda and the resultant red mud it would be even higher.
Current estimate for the existing rail is 10 million tonnes plus per annum. It was mentioned again in the Proactive Investors interview.
I'm planning on being on-site mid to late February and will no doubt know more by then.
