Nonetheless, it is my opinion that any companies who were looking at a 'partnership' (i.e. Animal Health, Injectables, Patches etc) would have waited to see that this "matter" was finalised in full and that POH was able to continue operations without the fear of liquidation upon a substantial negative costs being awarded against them ! ... no company would have been willing to hand over an upfront fee for a licence for TPM for their relevant product/industry with the uncertainty of POH's solvency...... with this problem resolved, the ball is in their court !
..... It is clear that you are of the opinion that TPM is worthless in any application from what posts of yours I have read; I guess we will see if other market participants feel the same way? ... especially now that there should be nothing holding them back from moving forward with a partnership agreement if TPM meets their expectations ?
