TBH no solid reason. All just in my opinion, but I feel that their organic growth has slowed and they may look to M&A to continue their growth into the future.
There's no question that the growth has been impressive in the past, but in my opinion a lot of it has come from several M&A over the years. Which is not too unusual for an early adopters and market leaders to do. However competitions are popping up everywhere now and growth has slowed in recent quartersI feel that their next move could be to look to another M&A to continue their growth. It could be a good move for the company in the long run but at what cost to share holders?
