Nearly a billion dollars? The thing's an MIK estimate, a probabilistic approach, which means that things are smoothed. I don't get the 40g/t C/O. And I don't see a Reserve here, so no (Pre)Feasibility Study, nor is there a discussion of the Modifying Factors.
