Why otherwise do you believe the merger will be a success story for the MLM shareholders?

IMHO MLM is currently completely undervalued because it failed to secure a simple haul road. If MLM would have secured that road (which it now has) the SP would meanhwile have been well above 10c. As such I consider the merger to grossly undervalue MLM and in addition it comes with a huge risk in the form of the debt of MLR. 

If I understand your message correctly you consider the merger to be fair or even good for MLM shareholders. Can you please explain why you have that view!?
